Michael A. Becker, DO, MS, FACOFP, is a member of the POFPS Education Committee. Board certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative medicine, Dr. Becker is associate dean of clinical education and a professor of family medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).
A graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, and a 1987 graduate of PCOM, he also received a Master of Science in Health Administration at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Dr. Becker completed an internship at the former Metropolitan Hospital – Parkview Division in Philadelphia, and a family practice residency at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, Pennsylvania. A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and board member of the POFPS, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Physician Executives and the American Medical Directors Association.
Kathleen C. Lewis, DO

Kathleen C. Lewis, D.O. is a self-employed primary care physician board-certified in Family Medicine. She is a community physician staff member of the Department of Family Medicine of UPMC North Central and an assistant clinical professor in family practice at the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Along with her practice of medicine, Dr. Lewis is the Chief Medical Officer at ResusciTech Inc., where she participates in developing and updating CPR & First Aid smartphone-based training applications.
Dr. Lewis earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982, before which she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Temple University Pharmacy School in 1978. Dr. Lewis completed a Pediatric internship year at Geisinger Medical Center (1982-83), followed by a Family Medicine residency (1985-88) at the Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center.
Perceiving the increased role of technology and business in medicine, Dr. Lewis pursued training in technology management in a joint Wharton School of Business/University of Pennsylvania Engineering program (2011- 2012), followed by earning an ScM (Master of Science) in Science and Technology Leadership at Brown University in 2021.
In addition to her medical leadership, Dr. Lewis has actively engaged in community service. She served on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of North Central PA from 2002 to 2013. She was a founding member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates-Lycoming County Advisory Board from 2003 to 2006. She serves as a Board of Directors member, President, and Past President of the St. Ann School Association (1994 to 2001) and as Chair of the "Vision 2000" Technology Update Committee at St. Ann School to promote the integration of technology in education. Volunteering in the Women's Health Care Screening Program at St. Anthony Medical Clinic illustrated her dedication to women's healthcare.
Along with her role as daughter, sister, wife, and mother, Dr. Lewis enjoys gardening, reading fic<on, and any creative or artistic endeavors, and she generally relishes life's tapestry.
Katherine Lincoln, DO, FACOFP

Dr. Lincoln is a key opinion leader in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine and practices in rural Pennsylvania. She is AOA-board certified in Family Medicine. Recently, she has presented her research at national and international wound care conferences. Dr. Lincoln is a full-time wound care and hyperbaric physician at Guthrie in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Lincoln is a past President of the Texas Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and served on the Board of Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA). Since moving to Pennsylvania in 2017, she now serves as Delegate to the ACOFP Congress from Pennsylvania. She received the 2017 ACOFP National Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year award. She served as national ACOFP Chair of the Physician Health and Wellness committee from 2017-2020. Dr. Lincoln is the Vice-Chair of ACOFP Women’s Health Committee.
Dr. Lincoln received a BS in Chemistry from Siena College, Loudonville, NY and her DO from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM), Biddeford, Maine. Dr. Lincoln has been an educator and lecturer for many educational organizations, including Baylor Scott and White, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Guthrie Health System Family Medicine Residency. She earned her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2019 from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Dr. Lincoln is married to Matthew Lincoln, DO, and is mom to 2 young children. Her interests include leading the Guthrie system’s Engagement Goal, reading, planning adventures for her family, and listening to podcasts.

Sean Perrine, DO is a 2013 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed an osteopathic family medicine residency program at Penn State Health St. Joseph in Reading, Pennsylvania in 2016. He is American Osteopathic Association (AOA) Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).
Dr. Perrine received the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) Young Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year Award in 2019. He serves on the Board of Directors for the ACOFP Education & Research Foundation and holds multiple committee appointments within the ACOFP.
Dr. Perrine is currently the medical director at Patient First in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys full-time clinical practice in urgent care and primary care. When he's not working, you can find him traveling, sampling new craft beers, or spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Henley attended and graduated from Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013, having over 4 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice. She is affiliated with many hospitals including Atlantic General Hospital, Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Henley is a member of both the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA) as well as the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society (POFPS).

Cynthia L. Lubinsky, DO, FACOFP, is board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Lubinsky is affiliated with Schuylkill Community Health Center.
In addition to being part of POFPS leadership, Dr. Lubinsky is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and was named ACOFP Fellow in 2018, earning the Outstanding Paper Crest Award in the process.
Dr. Lubinsky completed an internship and family practice residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is published author, team physician for Schuylkill Haven High School football team. She is graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Penn State University.

Susan R. Medalie, DO, is a Family Physician and Obstetrician, she takes care of prenatal patients, deliver babies, and take care of children and adults throughout their lifetime. She grew up in Bloomsburg, PA, went to Muhlenberg College in Allentown and then the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
She is currently practicing at the Walter and Irene Baron Schuylkill Family Medicine Residency with Lehigh Valley Health in Pottsville PA as Core Faculty in Obstetrics, Family Medicine and Inpatient Pediatrics. Her medical passions include pediatrics, women’s health and, LGBTQ+ care including gender affirming hormone care. Outside of medicine she loves to travel especially to UNESCO world heritage sites, knit and read.

Jennifer Sepp, DO, is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and practicing full time, outpatient family medicine at Partners in Health-UPMC located in Delmont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sepp is Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and University of Pittsburgh Medical School. She earned her BS in Neuroscience at University of Pittsburgh in 1995, and DO degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. Her residency was completed at Metro Health Hospital, Erie, Pennsylvania, in 2002. She earned her Masters of Health Services Administration in 2018 at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has been practicing family medicine at UPMC Partners in Health for the past 20 years.
Dr. Sepp received her ACOFP Fellowship award in 2019,earning Outstanding Paper Crest Award. She spearheaded LECOM's Medical Student Clerkship program at UPMC East and McKeesport in 2018, where she served as the Director of Medical Education. She continues to serve as Executive Committee Member at Partners in Health. She also serves on the UPMC Patient Satisfaction Physician Advisory Committee. Dr.Sepp is a member of American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medicine Association, and Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physician Society.
George Spyropoulos, DO, is medical director and chief medical officer at The Clinic in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, an assistant professor of family medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), and an adjunct clinical assistant professor in the department of family and community medicine at Temple University School of Medicine.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Spyropoulos is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and a 1992 graduate of PCOM. He completed an internship at Springfield Hospital – Crozer Keystone Medical System and a residency in family and community medicine at the Medical Center of Delaware.
