Dr. Jackie Weaver-Agostoni is the Program Director for the UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency Program in Pittsburgh, PA, serves as a member of the UPMC Medical Education Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) and was recently named Co-Chair of the Accreditation, Reviews & Quality Subcommittee (ARQC). She joined the faculty at Shadyside after having completed a two-year faculty development fellowship with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Family and Community Medicine, UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital.

During that time, she also earned her masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.

Originally from Indiana, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998 and earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA in 2002. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 2005.

Dr. Weaver-Agostoni is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages, especially children. When she is not seeing patients or teaching residents and medical students, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, dog and chinchilla. Dr. Weaver-Agostoni also enjoys playing the piano, volunteering to help with numerous activities that her daughter is involved in, and dancing anytime the opportunity arises.

Christine Rohanna, DO, FAAFP, FACOFP is a native of Johnstown, PA.  She obtained her BS in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie.  She completed her internships and residency in Family Medicine at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown. 

 

She is currently works as a health-system employed physician in a Rural Health Clinic in Carrolltown, PA.  Her practice interests include mental health, care for underserved/rural populations, and care of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

 

Dr. Rohanna is also involved in the POMA, serving on multiple committees and is a Subject Matter Expert for the AOBFP and peer reviewer for the journal Family Practice Management.

 

She and her husband, Phil, reside in Ebensburg, PA with their dog Lila.  In her time away from the office she enjoys spending time knitting and learning how to keep her houseplants alive.

Lynn M. Wilson, DO, FACOFP

Lynn M. Wilson, DO, FACOFP, is board certified in osteopathic family medicine with a certificate of added qualification in geriatrics. She is section chief of geriatrics and program director of the Geriatrics Fellowship Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is also a clinical assistant professor at University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine – Lehigh Valley Campus in Allentown, PA, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ.

 

A graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown and a 2010 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Wilson completed a family medicine residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, and a geriatrics fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She is also a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, the American Geriatrics Society, and the Gerontological Society of America.

Diana M. Ewert, MPA, CAE
Andy Sandusky

Diana M. Ewert, MPA, CAE, is the chief executive officer of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society (POFPS). A graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Ms. Ewert holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and master’s degree in public administration with nonprofit management emphasis. She earned the designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 1999. She has authored several articles on association management, as well as facilitated strategic planning and conducted a number of educational programs with nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Ewert previously served as the Vice President of Affiliate Affairs for the American Osteopathic Association in Chicago, Illinois. She also served as senior manager of state government relations for the American Academy of Family Physicians in Washington, DC, and executive director of the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians in Jefferson City.

In addition to serving on the POMA Board, Ms. Ewert also serves as Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society Board and CEO of the POMA Foundation.

Andy Sandusky is the executive director of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society (POFPS). Mr. Sandusky earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Political Science and also earned a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at Pennsylvania State University. 

He has over two decades of experience working in various executive positions in association management and state government. Most recently, Mr. Sandusky worked for a Fortune 110 healthcare company covering a 7-state region representing the company in its government, public and PAC affairs. He also worked for a Harrisburg-based government relations firm representing over 30 clients, including multiple physician associations in the specialties of anesthesiology, ophthalmology, obstetricians and gynecology, otolaryngology, emergency medicine and dermatology.

 

Mr. Sandusky worked in the administration of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett as the Department of Health Executive Policy Director where he established policy objectives for the Department with the Secretary of the Department of Health and the Office of the Governor. Finally, Mr. Sandusky spent 11 years with the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians serving as its Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Executive Vice President.
