
POFPS Annual OMT Workshop

POFPS is providing practical OMT skills course. Participants will learn hands-on manipulation strategies to treat numerous aliments. OMT course is designed for specialized osteopathic physicians, course covers the principles of manual therapy for adult patients. This program is approved for up to 4 hours of hands-on OMT Training CME by AOBFP Provider #0001152.”​​

To maintain AOBFP OMT Board Certification, if your certification expires after 2027, a physician needs:

Complete eight (8) hours of AOBFP-approved OMT hands-on training every nine (9) years, and complete and pass one (1) OMT longitudinal assessment module every three (3) year
The workshop qualifies for OMT hands-on training toward the 8 required hours.

Credits are approved to maintain OMT AOBFP Board Certification.
The cost is $275 member / $375 non-member, and space is limited. Registration available soon
The event is held in addition to the POFPS 51st Annual CME Symposium. Separate/Additional registration fees apply.

​POFPS OMT Workshop ACCREDIATION
The POFPS CME Symposium is accredited by the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA). POMA is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. POMA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. POMA designates this program for a maximum of 20 AOA Category 1-A Credits and 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and will report CME and specialty credit commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
